Have you tried teaching her breathing techniques so she won't get those side stitches? I never ran in high school, othe...That is so cool! I never ran in high school, other than when they made us in gym class and even then I took walk breaks. I wonder if my kids will want to run in school when they are older, I would love that. But I try not to push running on them. So far it has been voluntary and they love it.
