I saw this over at tresamigasrunning.blogspot.com and just had to post it. There is all too many things in here that remind me of training for and running my half marathon. I have to say..... WAY too many things in here. Really funny.
Thanks for stopping by. If you head over to my twitter post and post a comment a bunch of other runners will find you. Also, if you go through the comments you will find a bunch of twittering runners to follow as well.
I have not done interval training. When I trained for and ran the half marathon I just put in the miles. Some runs I would run faster than others to mix it up, but all my speed and endurance came from just putting in the miles.
I am not opposed to interval training, just didn't get to the point where speed was of the utmost importance.
That was totally worth watching! I nearly cried I laughed so hard. Would have been even funnier if the person walking down the slope were walking backwards (my trick to survive the next day). --Alex (aka run350 on twitter)
