Time For Another Giveaway!

I know when you think of 26.2 Quest you think of running.  You think about reading long wordy blog posts with a few wisely chosen pictures interspersed, but mostly you just think about me :)  OK, maybe not.  I do know you come by to read about running.  Today you may have stopped by to read about my daughter's latest achievements, but the day before you probably came by to read about how bad my latest long run went.  Well, today we are going to jump off of the running bandwagon briefly to give you all a chance to win something.  Don't worry, there is a running twist to it so don't think you are going to get off that easy.

Last time I gave away a CSN credit it was quite a popular giveaway.  CSN Stores has over 200 stores with everything imaginable.  If you are looking for a coffee table, they got you covered (or at least they have all that left-over pizza on the floor of your living room covered).  You say you are a little flabby around the mid-section and need to tighten up a bit?  Well they have your fitness equipment as well.

Todays giveaway is for a $50 credit towards any of the CSN Stores.  You can spend this any way you like, but if you need my shipping address for anything you would like to donate to my flabby mid-section just let me know!

The rules (you know there has to be some of these!)

The most important:

Leave a comment on this page about how running has changed your life (or someone that you know) - 1 entry (this one is required to be entered)

Other ways to get more entires:

Running got me to stop smoking which was a 15 year habit and I have been quit for 3 years. It helped me to lose some weight and it is good for my anxiety disorder so running is important to me.I have been having reflux as of late and it’s killing me when I run but I am still trying to run every day.

  6. Running is one of the FEW exercises I actually enjoy doing. So yay for that. Plus there's no monthly fee to go outside and run a mile or two. :)

  18. I'm a new runner (as in, 2 months in). Every time I get up and RUN, I'm amazed that I can even do it. For me, it's all about challenging myself, proving to myself.

  21. Hello, I just began following your blog recently.

How running has changed my life so far...
I used to run cross country in junior high but wasn't able to participate throughout high school. In college I worked at a candy store and unfortunately for me I gained, I quit that job and held my college part time job at subway and met a few friends that were actually soccer players for my college and on the track team.

So I started eating better, and slowly jogging a little more and more. I loved getting runner's high and I dropped nearly 40 lbs because of running. Now I am training for my first half marathon and hoping to qualify for boston within the next year! That will truly be a marathoner's dream come true. What an accomplishment to do.
