The fourth and final race entry giveaway for the Publix Georgia Marathon has finished and it is time to pick the winner. This one drew the most entries so it could really be anyone’s entry. If you are not the lucky winner there is still time to get registered with a $10 discount using the code: 262QUEST when checking out.
With 113 entries there is obviously a lot of interest in running the 13.1 or 26.2 course this coming March 18th. If you have not taken the time to read through the comments like I have, there are some good stories in there once again, and who knows you may even find yourself a new running friend.
I plugged 113 in the random.org number generator and the number 25 was returned. The number 25 means that Russell Brown’s persistence paid off in these last two giveaways and his sharing on Pinterest will mean that he will run the Publix Georgia Marathon for free this year thanks to the US Road Sports Group.
Russell, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can send you the code you will need for the Publix Georgia Marathon Registration checkout page.
On a completely unrelated note, if you are one of the 360 people that follow this blog with Google Friend Connect, can I please ask you to follow using one of the other options? You can subscribe to the RSS Feed which would be the closest to the way you are following now, but the 26.2 Quest Fanpage, @262quest Twitter feed, or the 26.2 Quest Google Plus Page are also available options. Russell’s winning post reminds me that I need to find out how to get involved with Pinterest. If you have suggestions let me know.
